Method

  1. Simply add the Bird's Eye Chillies to the sherry in the bottle
  2. Seal the bottle and give it a good shake
  3. Leave for 4-6 weeks to infuse, shaking occasionally
  4. Decant sherry into smaller bottles of your choice - you can add a chilli or two to each bottle if liked
  5. Makes a great present for a discerning cook
