Enter the quantity of one or more of the ingredients that you have and Rosie will adjust the quantities to match.


  1. Wash four unwaxed lemons and then pare the zest into thin strips, squeeze the juice and freeze until needed
  2. Place in a large clean jar with the vodka
  3. Seal jar tightly, and shake the contents frequently over the next two weeks
  4. Mix the sugar with 240ml water, heat together just enough to dissolve the sugar, add the frozen lemon juice and leave until melted and the syrup is cold
  5. Strain the vodka from the lemon zest onto the syrup mixture, mix together well and then bottle and seal
  6. Serve very cold in small glasses!
  7. A fantastic summery drink - easy to make, great to share
