Smooth Beetroot Chutney

A lovely flavour and great in sandwiches

Beetroot,
Peeled and chopped

Method

  1. Place all ingredients together in a large pan
  2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until soft, stirring frequently
  3. Turn off the heat
  4. Use a stick processor in the pan, or a goblet processor, to blend until smooth
  5. Ladle into hot, sterilised jars and seal
