  2. Add the peppers to the vinegar in a large jar and leave for 5-6 weeks for the flavour to infuse.
  3. Check the flavour for strength, and if to your liking, strain and bottle.
  4. This vinegar will become an addictive addition to all sorts of dishes and dressings and makes a great gift for a keen cook.
