Very easy recipe for a fabulous drink - makes great cocktails!

Ingredients

Rhubarb,
Weighed after trimming
2 each
Sugar, White granulated
3 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick
1 each
Lemon
1 each

Enter the quantity of one or more of the ingredients that you have and Rosie will adjust the quantities to match.

Method

  1. Chop two sticks of rhubarb and place in a jar and add 3 tablespoons sugar and leave overnight
  2. Next day add one cinnamon stick, three cloves, and the zest of half a lemon plus one litre of gin
  3. Leave to soak for three weeks, then strain through a coffee filter, kitchen paper or muslin and then bottle
  4. Leave to mature for 3 months
  5. Enjoy with your favourite mixer or use in a delicious cocktail
