Method
First toast the hazlenuts: Spread onto a baking tray and put into the oven. Then turn on the heat to 170 deg C/ Gas Mark 5. Cook for 15 mins. Put on one side to cool
Process the hazlenuts with the icing sugar until as smooth as possible
Put the chocolate into a medium size heatproof bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients in a small pan until melted together and quite hot but not boiling
Pour over the chocolate in the bowl and stir until the chocolate has melted
Add in the nut mix and stir until thoroughly mixed
Once jarred up store in the fridge but bring to room temperature to spread or spoon
