  1. Put the Nutella into a small saucepan and heat over a very low heat until until it begins to melt
  2. Carefully add the milk, stirring continuously and then do the same with the cream
  3. Add in the sugar and keep stirring to dissolve
  4. When all is smooth, remove from the heat and leave to cool to lukewarm
  5. Add in the vodka and stir
  6. Pour into your bottles and seal
  7. Keep regrigerated and shake well before serving
